Shipping When you have ordered one or more items and the order and payment have been completed, your item will be posted within 5 working days (except weekends and holidays). If the package does not appear as expected, you should contact your nearest post office and ask for it. Sometimes it lies for pickup without the recipient having received a pickup note. NOTE: Be sure to check if you have received a pickup note, and make sure that the address on your mailbox is the same as the one you placed your order to. If we receive the package back, we will of course contact you. Privacy policy and security None of the information entered during a transaction is disclosed or sold to third parties. Our entire website is encrypted with HTTPS security. When you are forwarded to our payment window, it is SSL encrypted, and therefore you can be sure that your entered information is never shared with anyone else, not even ourselves. It is important to remember to pick up your package at the chosen package shop if it is delivered there, otherwise your order will be returned to us. If we receive the package back, we will of course contact you. Return policy You have a 14-day return policy, where you must pay the postage for the return shipment. Return items should be accompanied by name and invoice number. All items MUST be returned in original and undamaged packaging, i.e. any boxes must be in the same condition as upon receipt. Various seals/stickers must be unbroken. The refund for the item will occur within 5 days after receipt of the return item. If problems arise or anything else, you are always welcome to contact me. I am only interested in fully satisfied customers. There is a solution to every problem. Payment terms We accept payment with the following payment cards: Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB. Refunds can take up to 10 working days before you can see the money returned to your account. We do not withdraw the payment from your account until the item has been shipped from us. Warranty According to the legislation on online trading, there is of course a warranty. This means you have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a 2-year warranty if the purchased item proves to have a defect that was present when you received the item. Reservations We reserve the right for price errors/typos, price changes, and sold-out items. I cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on the website accurately reflect the colors the product actually has. This can, among other things, depend on your computer settings.
